Didn’t even receive it btw it’s been a month

I preordered it from DreamCon even bought my friend yuji itadori jacket but after buying laws(death surgeon) bucket hat On 7/16/22 they told me I would get it on Aug.11 now it’s been a month and I can’t even track my order I’m beyond frustrated that they don’t even answer back to help resolve this issue
