It looks way too big for a small

I ordered the jacket for a Christmas present and I like everything about it except for the fact that it is a bit too puffy even for a bomber jacket. When you wear it it looks likes it’s too big for you or like your torso magically grew and got broader. Besides this I have no other complaints about the jacket.
