Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Submitting a return or exchange request does not mean your return or exchange has been approved.
Our return portal is only a request submission tool. It does not automatically approve returns, reserve exchange inventory, deduct inventory, guarantee a refund, guarantee store credit, or guarantee a replacement item.
A return or exchange is only approved once you receive written approval from an Anime Gear Guru customer support representative by email.
Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed unless they have been reviewed and approved by our customer support team.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by our support team before anything is shipped back. Any item shipped back without written approval from customer support may be refused, returned to sender, or ineligible for refund or exchange.

If you do not receive a response, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as emails may be filtered depending on your email provider.
Customers are responsible for checking their inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for support responses. Failure to see or respond to an email does not automatically extend return windows or guarantee approval.
If you still have not received a response, you may DM our Instagram account or any of our official social media accounts. Social media messages cannot approve returns or exchanges directly. However, a manager may forward your message to our customer support team for review.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the customer covers all shipping costs both to and from the designated return location.
Please make sure your order details, size, and shipping information are accurate before checking out.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions may be made only if there was an error on our end, such as the wrong item being sent, or if approved by management.
Pre-Order Items
Shop with confidence. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all pre-order items before they ship.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, it will follow our standard return and exchange policy.
Return Requirements
Since your gear may ship from an outside warehouse, return instructions may vary. Please contact support before starting a return.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once a customer receives the initial return label, they have 14 days to ship out the product. After 14 days, the return label may be voided and the return may no longer be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Intimates and swimwear cannot be returned.

If your order included promotional items, all promotional items must be returned with the original item to receive a full refund. If not all items are returned, only a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
Exchange items are subject to availability.
Submitting an exchange request does not reserve inventory unless confirmed by an Anime Gear Guru team member. If the requested size, item, or variant is unavailable, customer support may offer store credit, another available option, or deny the exchange depending on the order’s eligibility.
Return Inspection
All returns are subject to inspection once received.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, missing tags, missing packaging, or not in resellable condition may be denied.
If a return is denied after inspection, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the item sent back.
Shipping Costs
All shipping charges, including regular shipping and expedited shipping, are nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for providing their own packing and packaging materials. We do not provide or reimburse packaging costs.
Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, or there was an error on our end.
Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy misuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated return/exchange behavior.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may be unable to continue processing a return, exchange, refund, or support request until the dispute is resolved.
