Since your gear most likely shipped from an outside warehouse the instructions for returning them may vary.

1. Items must be returned within 30 days.  After the customers receives the first initial return label they will have 14 days to ship out the product before we void their label and the return is voided.

2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Intimates and swimwear may not be returned.

4. If order contains promotional items, all promotional items must be returned with the item in order to receive a full refund.  If not all items are returned only a partial refund will be issued.  

 

***All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. It is your responsibility to provide packing/packaging, as we do not provide or reimburse them. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
