Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. 

If P.O. is a return to sender we will place the package on hold and email you on correction of address and any other information. If return sender happens a second time the customer will have to pay for shipping.

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS, please give exact P.O. Box information for no delays.

Give 3-5 days for orders to process. You will get a notification when the order has been shipped.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact support@animegearguru.com to verify within 2 days of the order date. If Support is not contacted you may have delays in receiving your package.
