When will Pre-Orders be shipped?

Pre-Orders can take any where from 3-6 months to be delivered and will be represented in the details of the product on exact time, so please make sure to read. 

How long will it take for my order to process shipping?

We are a small team and growing so please be patient with us! We are however fully transparent so please give support@animegearguru.com an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4-5 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3-4 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1-2 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

How long does transit time take for order to arrive?

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
