Gurren Lagann - Simon Denim jacket

I bought the Gurren Lagann jacket at anime expo and man it’s amazing. The workers were also super friendly and let you know everything about the jacket before you purchase. I definitely recommend not only cause of the jacket but also because of how amazing the employees are.

Not very satisfied at all.

The product itself is quality, I definitely think it’s worth the price. The jackets I ordered feel solid and fit well enough considering it’s online ordering, the issues I have come from the insanely long time they took to actually get to me. I ordered these back in January with the preorder, and only now just received them on July 11th. Even after emailing customer service multiple times about the status of my package, the order still took nearly 7 full months to arrive after being promised an initial 2 months and having them arrive in March. To their credit, customer service was helpful in keeping me updated of the order’s status, but only when I reached out first to inquire about it. Overall, if the company can do better about shipping products and having them arrive on time, or not making apparently unrealistic promises, then I wouldn’t be aggravated, but since I dealt with both of those issues, I can’t in good conscience give a good review. One star for getting the product, one star for the customer service, and one star for the quality.

Our denim jackets are high-end, limited-edition pieces crafted with premium materials, embroidery, and detailing. Because of their collectible nature, we strongly advise:

⚠️ Wash at your own risk. Improper care may cause fading, shrinkage, or damage to embroidered/printed elements.

Recommended Care

Spot Clean First
- Use a damp cloth or soft brush with mild soap to remove small stains.
- For light odors inside the jacket (lining, armpit area):
  - Mix a small amount of mild detergent or white vinegar with water.
  - Dab gently on the inside fabric using a clean cloth.
  - Allow to fully air dry before wearing.
- Avoid scrubbing embroidery or printed areas.

Only If Machine Washing is Unavoidable

Denim / Cotton

Standard care options for our denim/embroidered (Jacket, Long Cloak, bucket hat) are as follows:
• Hand / Machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only very mild detergents (approved for denim)
• Do not tumble dry
• To ensure maximum life of bucket hat we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors!

Polyester / Fleece

Standard care options for our Polyester/Fleece Jackets are as follows:
• Turn jacket inside out before Hand / machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only very mild detergents (approved for polyester/fleece)
• Do not tumble dry
• To ensure maximum life of jacket we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors

Nylon / Polyester

Standard care options for our nylon/polyester Jackets, Shirts, Bombers are as follows:
• Hand / Machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only a mild detergent (approved for nylon/polyester)
• Tumble dry low.
• Do not iron, air dry only.
• To ensure maximum life of jacket we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors

Headwear

We recommend not to wash, and spot clean only.
If you do decide to wash please see the instructions below.
• Use a laundry bag: Put the headwear inside a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to protect it from damage.
• Delicate cycle: Select a gentle or delicate wash cycle with cold water.
• Avoid tumble drying: Never put headwear in the dryer as it can warp the shape. Air dry!
