This level of attention naturally takes time – from production to quality checks to shipping to our warehouse, before it reaches your doorstep. That's why our preorders typically take around 3-4 months before delivery.

Service unhelpful and sizes inaccurate

After pre ordering the item of a 7xl i recieved it and could barely put it on let alone i needed help taking it off, for ordering something so big and and to my size I would hope it would fit , nope. I measured it and it was inaccurate, a 2xl could easily fit this 7xl jacket perfectly. I was going back and forth with emails, took a day or 2 to respond back once, through out the whole day, all just to get refunded, not replaced or double check the item for its sizing or if item was true to size. All in all horrible customer service, and inaccurate sizes, the clothing looks and feels great just wish the company stayed true to its sizing and better communicated with a mistake they made

Amazing Jackets!

The Jackets were a gift for a friend that loves Gurren Lagann, and he was very happy with it and the quality. The way that they can also switch sides, from one style to another. I bought two, but since they can flip it’s technically 4 new jackets. Very pleased with the quality as well.

Care Guide

Denim / Cotton

Standard care options for our denim/embroidered (Jacket, Long Cloak, bucket hat) are as follows:
• Hand / Machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only very mild detergents (approved for denim)
• Do not tumble dry
• To ensure maximum life of bucket hat we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors!

Polyester / Fleece

Standard care options for our Polyester/Fleece Jackets are as follows:
• Turn jacket inside out before Hand / machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only very mild detergents (approved for polyester/fleece)
• Do not tumble dry
• To ensure maximum life of jacket we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors

Nylon / Polyester

Standard care options for our nylon/polyester Jackets, Shirts, Bombers are as follows:
• Hand / Machine wash using only cold water. If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
• Use only a mild detergent (approved for nylon/polyester)
• Tumble dry low.
• Do not iron, air dry only.
• To ensure maximum life of jacket we recommend hand washing and hang drying, if you can not resist drying in the dryer make sure to keep dryer at a very low temperature!
• Avoid mixing with other colors

Headwear

We recommend not to wash, and spot clean only.
If you do decide to wash please see the instructions below.
• Use a laundry bag: Put the headwear inside a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to protect it from damage.
• Delicate cycle: Select a gentle or delicate wash cycle with cold water.
• Avoid tumble drying: Never put headwear in the dryer as it can warp the shape. Air dry!
