The way they did the sizing on these are kind of tricky considering that they made is slightly bigger, I Usually wear 2XL and I wanted a little more room so I got a 3XL and still had more room than I expected. This jacket has so many pockets!! inside and out, and the details on this thing is amazing. Love the Embroider design in the back, you almost feel like the character wearing this. Such a cool way to represent and still have the feel of normal clothes

Purchased the jacket at ANYC 2023 (November) for delivery later in February. Reached out later in March, order had gotten lost but after a couple days of emails it was rectified and sent out. The overall quality is solid, the color is striking and its really nice for layering. I've been waiting for a product like this for a while!

But, literally out of the bag the stitching is coming undone in the pockets. I emailed (twice) to try and get into contact with someone about this and never received a response. Simply getting the jacket took multiple days of back and forth emails, and the lack of communication once I received the product has left me incredibly disappointed.

The jacket, again, is super freaking nice. It's long and insulated, the design isn't overbearing and it's comfortable to wear. Immediately got compliments on it! Sleeve length was perfect for me and I like some of the extra pockets, but my customer service interactions have been nothing but disappointing. Buy if you're ok with possible issues like this.

Jacket is a bit snug, but should've ordered a bigger size for a loose fit. Still amazing quality and design!

The quality of materials is superb and the style is really dashing. My husband looks so handsome I wanna cry. These are anime clothes for real grownups...the loops for waring the jacket on your shoulders without the sleeves like an edgy anime boy are a nice touch! and SO MANY POCKETS!!!
